I have used them for the past few years and their service is amazing. They will give you a floor plan dimensioned to 1/8″ accuracy (I have checked!) complete with ceiling heights, sill heights, window heights, staircase rise and run (to determine floor to floor heights). You will receive an AutoCAD floor plan from them the day after check measure. I cannot say enough about the value add this is for projects! I have been in the business for 25 years and for 20+ of those years did my own site measures and then drafted the plans on AutoCAD. I cannot do this for the price they do.

They can often measure and issue plans within a day of being engaged and from their experience also provide flexible solutions to minor design issues. The majority of renovations do not require the expensive services of an architect and Draft On Site offer permit-grade plan sets which have always passed through City Hall without a problem.
