This was a renovation of a half of a 1981 Duplex. For the Clients we designed a custom Kitchen that opened up the overall Kitchen, including
- Many hidden built-in cabinets and organizers
- Built-in Purse and Umbrella storage near the Entry
- Closet Doors matched to the Millwork for a seamless look
- Induction Cooktop with pop-up Hood Fan
- Multiple Appliance Bays
- New Azek Polymer Front & Back Decks
- Mitsubishi Heat Pump for heating and cooling with a HEPA filter to improve indoor air quality, especially useful during the fire season
