This beautiful 1910 Edwardian-era First Shaughnessy home is being renovated to better suit its picturesque surroundings.

This home was converted to a commercial shelter in the 1970s and in the process lost a majority of its charm. The character-defining features will be restored to the exterior and interior of the home. We are adding an attached garage to the back of the home with outdoor living space above to enhance the indoor-outdoor connection of the home with the breathtaking garden space.
