New Westminster House

This beautiful Victorian & Italianate Revival home was built in 1892. It is on its way to being fully revitalized to stand tall for another 100+ years. 

As our climate continues to change our main priority was to make this home comfortable, efficient, and structurally sound for years to come. Restoring key features and elements of this era home as well as adding continuity to the back of the home after various additions through the years.

Our team was very excited to work on the Building & Interior Design for this project. We are excited to see this one come to life!
