Infill House Design in Vancouver

We designed this Infill House for a client in Vancouver.

This small structure packs a powerful design punch! We incorporated a foyer, washroom, open-concept living space and a single-car garage into the main floor area. The full-sized kitchen and large living area boast plentiful windows to allow for maximum natural light. Ample built-in storage takes advantage of extra nooks and crannies so everything stays neat and tidy. Upstairs, you will find two large bedrooms with adjoining sunny balconies, and a second washroom.

Infill houses are a great option to add value to your property! The space provides extra income from renters, or could be used as a guest suite for family.
