10th Avenue Character House

A renovation of a beautiful Character home in Vancouver.

We re-configured the whole interior, the exterior, the deck and added an addition on the rear of the House. We made a legal suite in the basement and brought it into compliance with Vancouver Zoning and Building By-Law.

We think the House turned out incredibly well.
